BravaTrak® is a powerful online measurement tool that allows you to compare what your  first and second line managers are doing, with what you think is happening. It encourages frontline teams to provide feedback on the performance of their managers through customised survey questions.

 

Combined with the hard data of key performance indicators, BravaTrak® quickly identifies where there is room for improvement in frontline managers' people management skills.

Business people know success is measured by numbers. The problem with the numbers is that they only provide you with half the picture and you can't get behind the scenes to find out what is really going on. Numbers can't help you identify where leadership activity can be improved, where performance can be improved, or how to improve employee motivation.

 

Better leaders means better employee motivation

Brava meets with your senior managers to introduce BravaTrak® and to create customised surveys that deliver meaningful information. You will soon see what behaviours are positively and negatively impacting employee motivation. Surveys can be created within any tier of your management structure, but typically involve first and second -level people managers.

 

Team members complete the confidential online survey. (Anonymity of respondents is maintained to provide a safe environment, and to encourage feedback that accurately reflects their manager's performance).

 

 

The user-friendly data is summarised with graphs and tables to highlight strengths and development opportunities. Only specific, relevant information is available to each manager.

 

 

Second and third -line managers are coached on how to analyse the information and set up 90 day Action Plans. In-depth, on-line reports are available to each participating manager.

 

 

The BravaTrak® process is repeated x3 in the first year, tracking progress over a short period and provides the benchmarking framework.

In subsequent years, BravaTrak is repeated 6 monthly.
