Frontline leadership workshop
Brava's frontline leadership workshop is practical and hands-on, giving you the concepts and ' how-to' details over 3 days. Developed and refined by some of New Zealand's best instructional designers, it has been perfected through Brava's experience in training thousands of frontline and second-line managers across the Asia Pacific region.
The workshops can be facilitated by Brava or by your internal trainers. They begin with a 2-day workshop and are followed three weeks later by a 1-day workshop.
Day one - Your frontline and second-line managers explore the concepts behind best-practise frontline leadership disciplines.
Day two - Your managers are immersed in skill development, learning the core techniques that transform them into effective leaders at the frontline.
Your managers return to work and start implementing the frontline leadership practises according to an established schedule.
Day three - Three weeks later the follow-up workshop builds on the concepts and skills learnt in the first workshop. Your managers learn, and practise a skills coaching process that helps them get the best performance of their people. They also learn how to coach problem performers.
