Helen Jennings, Principal Consultant and Head of Operations

 

Helen has specialised in performance improvement nearly her entire career and is the co-developer of Brava's Frontline Leadership and coaching system. As Principal Consultant, she leads projects for Brava's clients that result in sustained levels of high performance as well as increased levels of motivation and commitment from frontline employees. As Head of Operations, Helen is responsible for recruiting, leading and developing Brava's team of consultants.

 

Helen has spent eighteen years focusing on increasing service and sales performance through the implementation of best practise leadership and coaching processes. Her vast international experience has been gained by working with managers (frontline through to executive) and employees in a wide variety of high profile organisations. She has also held the National Training and Development Management role within New Zealand's largest retail franchise.

 

Helen is motivated about helping people reach their full potential and finds it rewarding to see significant performance improvements as a result of coaching. She is regarded as an effective leadership coach among Brava's clients and by her peers as a talented developer of training facilitators.

 

Helen holds a Diploma in Business Studies from Massey University, endorsed in Training Development.
